Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and dry the russet potatoes, then prick them several times with a fork.
  • Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Bake the potatoes for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  • Prepare toppings while the potatoes bake.
  • Check potatoes for doneness, then let cool for a few minutes.
  • Cut each potato lengthwise and fluff the insides.
  • Invite guests to add their favorite toppings.
