Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds chicken wings trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt

  • ½ cup whole grain mustard
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce

  • Preheat your oven to 375℉, ensuring it’s hot enough to give those wings a crispy finish. The right temperature is key!
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with canola oil, Kosher salt, and black pepper. Make sure every wing is well-coated, as this will help them get that lovely, crispy exterior.
  • Spread the wings out evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. This will prevent them from sticking and makes cleanup a breeze.
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 35 minutes. During this time, the wings will start to brown and crisp up beautifully.
  • While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce. In a medium bowl, stir together the honey, whole grain mustard, and hot sauce until well combined. This blend is what takes the wings to the next level!
