Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 large avocado
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced or pressed
  • 3/4 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients on the counter. You’ll need the buttermilk, sour cream, mayonnaise, avocado, cilantro, dijon mustard, Tabasco sauce, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • In a food processor, add the buttermilk, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth.
  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into the food processor.
  • Add the cilantro, dijon mustard, and Tabasco sauce to the mix.
  • Peel and mince the garlic clove and add it to the processor.
  • Add the salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Blend everything together until smooth. Scrape down the bowl if needed.
  • Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning as desired.
  • Transfer the dressing to a small airtight container.
  • Store in the fridge for up to three days.
