Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
Let the pizza dough sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Roll it out into a round shape, approximately 12 inches in diameter.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread the white sauce evenly over the dough.
Distribute the asparagus pieces over the cheese, ensuring even coverage.
Layer the prosciutto over the asparagus and cheese.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
Drizzle the assembled pizza with olive oil.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
Consider adding more vegetables or changing the cheese for variations. Pair with a salad or wine for a complete meal.
