Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the filling by mixing the asparagus, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried Italian herbs in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
Take the chicken breasts and slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast.
Season the outside of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Stuff each chicken breast with the asparagus and cheese mixture, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the stuffed chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
