Instructions
Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring continuously.
Reduce heat and add grated Asiago cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Adjust consistency with chicken broth or water if needed.
Add cooked chicken and gnocchi to the skillet, gently folding to coat in the sauce.
Sprinkle in Italian seasoning and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and transfer to serving dish. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
