- 1 cup unsalted creamy almond butter
- 1/3 cup grade A maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Wet Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended.
Dry Ingredients: Add the oat flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix together and fold into the wet ingredients to form a thick dough.
Roll into Balls: Divide the dough into 12 portions and roll each into a ball. Place them on the baking sheet spaced apart, pressing down slightly.
