Instructions
1. Wash the russet potatoes thoroughly and poke several holes in each potato with a fork.
2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook the whole potatoes for about 35-40 minutes until tender.
3. Let the potatoes cool, cut in half lengthwise, and scoop out the insides, leaving a small border.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the scooped potato flesh, cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
5. Spoon the filling back into the potato skins, packing it slightly.
6. Air fry the filled potato halves at 400°F (200°C) for an additional 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
