Instructions
Start by rinsing the salmon fillet under cold water. Pat it dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Cut the salmon into uniform bite-sized pieces, approximately one-inch cubes.
In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Add the salmon pieces and toss until fully coated. Allow to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Check for doneness; the salmon should be opaque and flaky. Use a fork to check the texture or a thermometer to ensure it reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
These salmon bites can be served as a main dish, appetizer, or tossed into a salad for added protein.
