Instructions
Begin by preparing your ingredients. Start with the steak, cutting it into bite-sized cubes. Place the steak cubes in a mixing bowl.
Add the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Toss gently to coat the steak cubes and let marinate for about 15 minutes.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Once melted, set aside.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place the marinated steak cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Check the internal temperature; it should reach at least 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
Remove the steak bites from the air fryer and drizzle the melted garlic butter over the top.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
