Instructions
 

  • Begin by preparing your ingredients. Start with the steak, cutting it into bite-sized cubes. Place the steak cubes in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Toss gently to coat the steak cubes and let marinate for about 15 minutes.
  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Once melted, set aside.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the marinated steak cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Check the internal temperature; it should reach at least 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
  • Remove the steak bites from the air fryer and drizzle the melted garlic butter over the top.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For variations, consider adding red pepper flakes for spice or using different herbs like rosemary or thyme.
