Instructions
Prepare the chicken by placing it between plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness of about ½ inch.
Set up the breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Bread the chicken by coating it in flour, dipping in eggs, and pressing into the breadcrumb mixture.
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the breaded chicken in a single layer. Spray the tops lightly and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Add marinara sauce over the cooked chicken and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Return to the air fryer and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
