Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix and instant lemon pudding mix. Whisk until well blended.
Add the vegetable oil, eggs, and 7Up to the dry mixture. Beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes until smooth.
Stir in the fresh lemon juice and lemon zest gently.
Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and tap gently to remove air bubbles.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
Prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
Slice and serve your 7Up Cake!
