  • 2 cups Oats Old-fashioned or quick oats can be used.
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter Can substitute with sunflower seed butter if needed.
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder Essential for fluffiness.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth with a few lumps.
  • Add the peanut butter to the mashed bananas and mix until creamy.
  • Stir in the oats until evenly mixed.
  • Sprinkle the baking powder over the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
