Gather your ingredients: two ripe bananas and two large eggs.
Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until mostly smooth.
Crack the eggs into the bowl and whisk together with the mashed bananas until well combined.
Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until edges set and bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from skillet and serve warm with your favorite toppings.
