  • Gather your ingredients: two ripe bananas and two large eggs.
  • Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until mostly smooth.
  • Crack the eggs into the bowl and whisk together with the mashed bananas until well combined.

  • Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
