- 1 cup Chicken broth Low-sodium.
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded sharp cheddar.
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil For sautéing.
- Seasonings Salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes to taste.
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add sliced kielbasa and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Add broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Pour in chicken broth and stir to deglaze the pan.
- Add heavy cream and stir continuously to combine.
