Ingredients
Pasta
- 2 cups Macaroni Pasta Uncooked, yields about 4 cups cooked.
Dressing
- 1 cup Mayonnaise Good quality for best flavor.
- 1 tablespoon Mustard Yellow or Dijon for flavor.
Vegetables
- 1 cup Celery Finely diced for crunch.
- 1/2 cup Green Onions Chopped for flavor and color.
- 1 cup Sweet Peas Fresh or thawed frozen peas.
Seasonings
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground, adjust to taste.
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
