Ingredients
Pasta

Cheese
- 150 grams Pecorino Romano cheese, finely grated Essential for authentic flavor.

Salt
- 1 tablespoon Salt For seasoning pasta water.
Pasta Water
- 1 cup Reserved pasta water Vital for creating creamy sauce.
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil and add salt. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Pecorino Romano cheese and cracked black pepper.
- Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining the pasta.
- Add the hot pasta to the cheese and pepper mixture and toss vigorously to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed to achieve desired creaminess.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra Pecorino Romano and cracked pepper.
