- 4 Salmon Fillets
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- ½ cup Sun-dried Tomatoes
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 4 cloves Garlic
- ¼ cup Chicken Broth
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Herb Blend
- ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- Fresh Parsley (optional)
- Lemon Wedges (optional)
Instructions
- Sear salmon fillets in olive oil until golden brown, remove and set aside.
- Sauté garlic in the same skillet, add sun-dried tomatoes and Italian herbs.
- Pour in chicken broth, simmer and reduce. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (optional).
- Return salmon to skillet, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley (optional), and with lemon wedges (optional).
Notes
Add spinach and artichoke hearts for a variation. Incorporate mushrooms for an earthy flavor. Stir in pesto for a vibrant twist. Make it spicy with extra red pepper flakes. Add olives for a Mediterranean touch. Serve with pasta, polenta, roasted vegetables, risotto, or garlic bread.
