Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear chicken in hot oil until golden brown, set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in skillet drippings.
  4. Deglaze skillet with chicken broth, simmer.
  5. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, basil, and red pepper flakes (optional). Simmer until thickened.
  6. Return chicken to sauce, simmer until cooked through.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes
