- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs

- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Herb Blend
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- Fresh Parsley (optional)
- Lemon Wedges (optional)
- Marinara Sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk.
- Set up a breading station with flour, eggs, and a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Bread chicken tenders in flour, then egg, then panko mixture.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place breaded chicken tenders on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley (optional), and with lemon wedges and dipping sauces (optional).
Notes
Add cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes for spicier tenders. Incorporate fresh herbs into the breading. Increase Parmesan cheese or add mozzarella for extra cheesiness. Add lemon zest for brightness. Drizzle with garlic herb butter. Serve with fries, salad, in wraps, or as an appetizer platter.
