- 1 ½ lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ½ teaspoon White Pepper
- 12 cloves Garlic
- 1 ½ cups Heavy Cream
- ¾ cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Chili Flakes (optional)
- Fresh Chives (optional)
Instructions
- Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper.
- Sear chicken in hot oil until golden brown, set aside.
- Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Deglaze skillet with chicken broth, simmer.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and red pepper flakes (optional). Simmer until thickened.
- Return chicken to sauce, simmer until cooked through.
- Garnish with chives and serve hot.
Notes
Use lemon juice and fresh herbs for a zesty variation. Increase red pepper flakes for extra heat. Add sun-dried tomatoes for a Mediterranean twist. Serve with pasta, rice, vegetables, or bread.
