Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ teaspoon White Pepper
  • 12 cloves Garlic
  • 1 ½ cups Heavy Cream
  • ¾ cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Chili Flakes (optional)
  • Fresh Chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear chicken in hot oil until golden brown, set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant and lightly golden.
  4. Deglaze skillet with chicken broth, simmer.
  5. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and red pepper flakes (optional). Simmer until thickened.
  6. Return chicken to sauce, simmer until cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chives and serve hot.

Notes

Use lemon juice and fresh herbs for a zesty variation. Increase red pepper flakes for extra heat. Add sun-dried tomatoes for a Mediterranean twist. Serve with pasta, rice, vegetables, or bread.
