Candy Corn Dip

Candy Corn Dip

Candy Corn Dip is a festive and creamy dessert dip that captures the fun and whimsy of Halloween. With layers of sweet, smooth cream cheese in vibrant candy corn colors, this easy no-bake dip is perfect for parties, fall gatherings, or as a fun treat for the whole family.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Creamy and Sweet Dip Base:
  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • For the Signature Candy Corn Appearance:
  • 1 cup candy corn candies
  • Orange gel food coloring (optional)
  • Yellow gel food coloring (optional)
  • Optional Enhancements:
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract (for added depth of flavour)
  • ½ cup whipped topping (for an extra light texture)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cream Cheese Base: In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Create Candy Corn Layers: Divide the mixture evenly into three separate bowls. Leave one portion plain (white layer). Add yellow food coloring to one portion and orange food coloring to the other, stirring each until evenly colored.
  4. Assemble the Dip: In a serving bowl, layer the orange mixture at the bottom, followed by the yellow, then top with the plain white layer to mimic candy corn.
  5. Chill and Decorate: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Before serving, decorate with candy corn.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Serve with graham crackers, sugar cookies, apple slices, or pretzels.

Notes

For best results, use gel food coloring for vibrant layers. This dip can be made up to 2 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
