- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Chili Flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in hot oil until golden brown, set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Simmer chicken in garlic butter sauce until cooked through.
- Stir in parsley, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (optional). Serve hot.
Notes
Add lemon zest and herbs for a zesty variation. Add cheese for extra richness. Increase chili flakes for spicier chicken. Serve with pasta, rice, vegetables, or as an appetizer.
